Celtic Lawn & Landscape, L.L.C. was established by Michael Collins and Karen Deighton. When Michael and Karen first began working as a team they started doing work for family and friends with tools and equipment that they had borrowed or rented. Michael had worked in lawn maintenance and landscaping during his years in college. Karen had a strong business sense and previous experience developing and running a business. It was a perfect partnership. They collectively contribute over 20 years of business management experience. Michael, our crew leader and human resource manager, attended the University of Michigan-Dearborn, where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Workforce Management. Karen, our accountant and IS manager, attended Madonna University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics.
