Available Positions:
1.) Snow Plow Drivers / Snow Plow Subcontractors / Sidewalk Crews
Type: "On Call - 24/7"
Duties: This position requires knowledge and ability to use a snow plow truck and equipment. Pay is based on experience and performance. The position is an "On Call" basis, usually from November to April of each season.
Requirements:
- Previous commercial snow removal experience required.
- Available 24/7 during the months of November - April for immediate dispatching.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Valid Chauffeur's License & Medical Card for drivers.
2.) Grounds Maintenance Crew Members
Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Duties: This position requires knowledge of grounds maintenance and the ability to use commercial rider/ walk-behind mowers. Trimming, edging, and cleanup of property after cutting. Clean up and weeding of flower and landscape beds. Trimming of bushes and spreading mulch. Must be able to work in cooperative team setting, adhere to schedules, and be motivated to produce excellent quality work. Pay is based on experience and performance. The position is typically seasonal, usually from March to November of each season.
Requirements:
- Previous grounds maintenance experience required.
- Must be professional and have team focus.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Valid Chauffeur's License & Medical Card for drivers.
3.) Landscape Crew/ Crew Leaders in Training
Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Duties: This position requires some knowledge of landscape installation and plant material. Should have general knowledge of landscape construction processes/ tools, and basic to good experience with patios and walkways, retaining walls, drainage and irrigation systems. Must be able to work in cooperative team setting, adhere to project schedules, and be motivated to produce excellent quality work. Pay is based on experience and performance. The position is typically seasonal, usually from March to November of each season.
Requirements:
- Previous landscape installation and landscape construction experience required.
- Must be professional and have team focus.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Valid Chauffeur's License & Medical Card for drivers.
